So this is some work on the game idea I've been having this past 24 hours. Its about a fat ass bad ass girl named Adipe - Its Italian for adipose or fat. You shoot different kinds of enemies with progressively larger guns to get "weight energy" which is added to a Gain Gauge that fills up when the enemy is blasted enough. Get too fat and you can't jump. Although being 700lbs has advantages for getting to new areas by using your girth to crack away weak ground for underground areas and make pressure plates operate due to your size.

Basic plot revolves around Adipe using this gun to get to ... some where. I don't know the goal of the main character just yet. Maybe there are other girls with similar guns on some kind of race to get to the finish line before Adipe does. Whoever wins the race gets to have the power to control their weight at will and thus be the fattest in the game world. Yeah that sounds pretty good for basic goals as far as weight gain fantasies are concerned. More to come as I think of it.
